(a) These terms and conditions are in addition to the Vodafone general terms and conditions and the Vodafone Perfect Choice Terms and Conditions. These conditions are available for your information on www.vodafone.ie
(b) Your membership of the IFA may permit you to obtain mobile services from Vodafone Ireland Limited at a discount on eligible bill pay price plans provided you meet the other requirements set forth in the Vodafone customer contract.
(c) By availing of this discount you agree to enter into an 24 month contract with Vodafone.
(d) The discount only applies to one connection per member and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
(e) Vodafone reserves the right to remove the discount or withdraw this offer without notice.
(f) You must be a valid member of the IFA to avail of this promotion. Vodafone reserves the right to withdraw the discount if you discontinue or cancel your membership of the IFA.
(g) The discount on your RED tariff may take up to 30 days to take effect.
(h) You agree that if you are otherwise subject to an Early Termination Fee, you will still be liable for this should you terminate your service despite the discount adjustment applicable to you as an IFA member.
(i) Vodafone or the IFA may from time to time contact you by post, telephone, e-mail or text message providing information on various aspects of this promotion or discount and in relation to services or products available from Vodafone. You hereby consent to such contact. If you do not wish to receive such details you should contact Vodafone Customer Care.
(j) Vodafone reserves the right to require proof of your IFA membership. If a review of your membership status reveals that you are no longer a member of the IFA, Vodafone reserves the right to remove this discount and move you to the most similar commercially available tariff or to a non-discounted tariff for the remainder of your contract term.
European Communities (Protection of Consumers in Respect of Contracts made by means of Distance Communication) Regulations 2001 requires that if you have not received the above information by the time you receive your phone, your right to cancel your contract will be extended to 3 months from the date of receipt of your phone.
