Effective 1 July 2026, IFA Telecom will implement an increase to the monthly cost of its standalone Fibre to the Cabinet services. This adjustment will be reflected on customer bills issued after this date.

Your Rights and Options

In accordance with ComReg regulations, and reflecting our commitment to fairness, you have the right to terminate your contract without penalty if you do not accept this change. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your formal notification. Cancellation requests from customers currently under contract received within this period will not incur early termination charges. However, if you continue to use our services beyond this period, you will be deemed to have accepted this change. IFA Telecom uses various methods to communicate important updates and notices to you, including phone, SMS, email, and postal address. Therefore, it is crucial that you keep your contact information updated with us to ensure you receive all timely communications. Reasons for Change

The primary driver behind this price adjustment is a wholesale price increase imposed by our main infrastructure provider, OpenEir. This change also addresses rising costs of operating and maintaining our services in an evolving telecommunications landscape. As the industry shifts towards fibre-based technologies, maintaining existing copper network infrastructure while investing in future-proof solutions presents significant challenges. Copper-based technologies, although still vital for many customers, are becoming increasingly complex and costly to maintain. This price adjustment is necessary to ensure continued service quality and reliability.

This marks our first price adjustment since 2022, reflecting our efforts to absorb escalating operational and network maintenance costs for as long as economically feasible.
