This portal allows you to manage your account easily – update your details, view your billing history, and raise queries with our Customer Service team.

E-Billing Exceptions
In accordance with our standard terms and conditions and accessibility statement, customers who are phone-only or who are unable to access online or e-billing services are entitled to opt for and continue to receive paper bills. We are committed to ensuring that all our customers can manage their accounts in a way that best suits their needs, and we will support those requiring traditional paper billing accordingly.

This will enable you to easily register for e-billing, helping us reduce paper use and supporting a greener environment. If you prefer to continue receiving your bills by post, you can indicate that on the form as well.

Yes, if you do not have your own email address but would like to receive your bills via a family member’s email, we can accept this.
